Do you travel outside of Ventura/Los Angeles County?
If you are 15 miles from Camarillo delivery charge will not be added.
If you are outside of the Ventura/ Los Angeles County area, travel fee can vary.
We will travel anywhere for your special event, extra charges depending on mileage and time to travel to location. Please contact us for more information.
Do you provide the alchohol?
All of our mixes are delicious without alcohol for weddings, corporate events or kids' parties.
Due to California State Law.
We do not provide or buy for the client alchohol. Client must provide or buy it's own alchohol.
How big is the machine and what are the power requirements?
The machine weighs about 100lbs and comes on a wheeled cart. Please tell us when you make your reservation if we will encounter any steps or stairways during delivery. If so, there must be a ramp or elevator option available.
If an extension cord is needed, we will provide one. Client must provided a electrical outlet near by Please note: When using the frose' cart electrical outlet must not be share by DJ's or any high power machines.
How long does it take to setup and take down?
As we are a mobile cart, we can set up and take down on-location quickly. We request access to an event site 60-90 minutes prior to the start of your event.
Do you require a deposit?
To reserve your date we require a 50% Un-Refudable deposit, which will be credited towards your final balance. The final balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
NO Cancellation accepted and NO Returns accepted
